If you really want to establish yourself with Aria/Mlife, you may end up having to just take whatever offer you have and go prove yourself (and try to get back-end comps). A host may not be willing to go beyond that upfront. I think the next Mlife offer cycle at the beginning of April will probably reflect your recent Aria play (if it doesn't already), even though it may not represent the level you are capable of playing at. I don't know if they'd do an offer match, that's really the most solid proof of your potential to them. Your play level at Cosmo is very healthy, but unless you did the same amount of coin-in in two hours at Aria, I'm not sure they're going to extrapolate it out and say this guy is a $15k+ a day player.Īnd you could show them your W/L from Cosmo to show total coin-in, but they'd have to take your word for how many nights it represents and that it was all slots. I think the problem you have is that you DO have history at Aria, but only a couple hours worth, if the only time you've been there was in February. I wouldn't even privately send a host's not-published-in-public contact info to another player unless I personally and reliably know both that player and that host. Even if I did, I would respect MGM's wishes and not put their hosts' contact information out in the streets here on VMB since MGM does not post Aria hosts' contact info on their own website. My estimate for your average daily comp value is right around the appropriate range for an Aria host to maybe have interest in you. My amateur estimate of what it takes to be worth a host's time at Aria (and maybe even get onto an Aria host's roster of players) is consistent comp value that is reliably equal to the casino rate of the Corner Suite room on most weekends (non-holiday, non-event). That's about $460-475 of daily comp value. Let's call it $46k total slot coin-in over 3 gaming days in your past two Cosmo stays, with the average hold being 10 percent. I estimate your theo from craps would be $50 at best - practically negligible, and roughly equivalent to 200 Identity tier points (if the $50 of theo had been generated from slots). If you want a really good assessment, wait for either of the guys I mentioned in this comment to weigh in, and I am sure there predictions will be better than mine.Ĭlick to expand.I presume that this refers to the same trip as what you mentioned in another very recent post. That being said, if you book to stay there, and you play like you have your last two trips at Cosmo, I would definitely go see the host on duty before leaving to see what they could do for you, because I am pretty confident they would comp your room and some food and also that you would get some attractive teaser offer to return. Whether or not that play is worthy of a host at Aria, I have no idea. Generally accepted wisdom is the casinos will be willing to comp about 30% of ADT, so using that formula you would have a daily comp value of $460 which should more than cover room and some food, free play. 1 (assuming casino slots are 10% HA on average, which I believe is what is sort of considered standard) you get average daily theoretical loss of $1,533. So $46K coin in over three days averages out to $15,333 coin in per day. There are others here such as and who are way more versed in comps than I am but I believe this is generally the way the math works, and for the sake of ease, I’m just gonna roll both trips together and we can pretend that’s your avaerage for a 3 day trip. That’s a pretty decent coin in per day so unless you’re playing larger denom slots, I think that level of play should get you a decent amount of time on device. Ok so using those numbers let’s just say that you are putting in the generally expected 4 hours per day.
